Dorling Cottrell
Our Client:
Dorling Cottrell, a rapidly expanding legal practice based in Essex.
Overview:
In early 2007 Dorling Cottrell's principals realised that they were fast outgrowing their old premises in Southend and decided to re-locate to larger accomodation in Basildon.
Arrow Office had been supplying furniture to the company for some years and where approached to recomend a solution to the challenge of moving from small cellular offices to large open plan office space.
Solution:
Plan and quotations were produced for alternative schemes with the emphasis on maximising space whilst keeping the environment light and user-friendly.
The turnkey solution comprising consultancy, space planning, design, delivery and complete fit-out presented by Arrow was chosen over other suppliers as it offered the best combination of utilisation, product quality and value-for-money.
Implementation:
48 workstations, complete with storage, screens, seating and a custom made reception counter were all delivered and installed with the minimum of disruption within 3-weeks, enabling Dorling Cottrell to complete a succesful move over just one weekend.
